Archt Isara Wickrematunge designed a unit, an addition to a residential house in Nugegoda introducing novel and elegant solutions at reasonable costs.
The floor consists of wood PVC decking laid on steel frames. This material (engineering wood) is ideally suited for floor decking, pool decking and wall panels available in a range of finishes.
All doors and windows have been fabricated using alumax aluminium extrusions with a wood finish in teak colour.
Matching dual shade louver blinds, digital locks and various other innovative items have been recommended by the Architect all of which have been supplied and installed by TCI Enterprises as a total solution.
