“Ensuring a successful project delivery”

A successful project delivery gives extreme satisfaction to the architect and client alike. This important aspect was extensively discussed by Dr Janaka Ruwanpura, Canada Research Chair Director and Associate Professor – University of Calgery, at his presentation at the first CPD (Continuing Professional Development) event conducted by the Professional Affairs Board of the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects.

His presentation included many key performance indicators that ensure a successful building project, citing examples from the rest of the world.
