Gearing up for a new paradigm of heritage building architecture in asian cities” was the theme of the 15th ARCASIA congress. It was hosted by the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI) in Bali.
Apart from the Internal Council meetings the IAI had organised many interesting events such as a series of cross-border architecture expert presentations, a business meeting, student jamboree, related industry exhibition, award ceremony, and an excursion programme, which altogether made up a comprehensive coverage of issues and interests of local, regional and global spheres.
The Sri Lanka delegation was led by President of SLIA, Archt Ranjan Nadesapillai.
